Recently, we've done some self-reflection and guess what?? We HAVE to have some more GD self-compassion. We've let self-hate hold us back for far too long and we want to welcome you into the discussion of letting go and freeing yourself. 

This season we are not holding back. This is the first episode of many where we are allowing ourselves to be completely raw and AUTHENTIC.
